No Boundaries at Carlisle

No Boundaries at Carlisle

We ran No Boundaries at Carlisle 4 November and we ended up 12th  out of 19runners the ground was good and he ran with a hood on to try to keep him as calm as possible. I was very disappointed with the run as I was hoping for an improvement from his last run at Perth which was much more enthusiastic than yesterday.
Although Callum inferred his jumping was fine after looking at the replay a number of times he was`not as smooth over the hurdles, when he jumped his head would come up and look awkward as if there was something troubling him. There did not seem to be any fight in him the way there normally is, for me he put in a very lackluster performance. Callum said he was on and off the bridle and also hung a bit during he race so it all points to there being something not right somewhere!! NB came off the wagon fine and ate up last night as well as his breakfast this morning which is all positive.
I will monitor him and have him checked out to see if there is anything unusual over the next few days and will come back to you.
